Are there any formal training courses covering just D365 Administration across CE , HR and F&SCM

Hi,

we are in the middle of implementing a new ERP based on cloud hosted Dynamics 365, we will be running CE, HR and F&SCM. I've managed to pick up a few things from shadowing consultants and reading online notes and documentation. And I was wondering if there is any training available that targets the administration of the applications. Anything that is considered too technical for the average end user.

I'm not entirely sure what the training would cover but I would have hoped Environment management, user administration and patching as well as maintaining integrations. Monitoring Storage and licensing costs would also be beneficial. Perhaps code deployment using ADO cicd. Are there any obvious omissions that you can think of?

Hey Chappie.

There's a "Dynamics 365 Fundamentals" certification exam (MB910) that is associated with CRM and another for ERP (MB-920). You also have a Power Platform Fundamentals exam (PL-900). In all of them you have some sections regarding

- User management

- Provisioning services

- Solution deployment.

If you search for those three exams, you'll see that Microsoft Learns (docs.microsoft.com/.../) offers free training paths with short videos and practices to get familiar with the functinality
