we are in the middle of implementing a new ERP based on cloud hosted Dynamics 365, we will be running CE, HR and F&SCM. I've managed to pick up a few things from shadowing consultants and reading online notes and documentation. And I was wondering if there is any training available that targets the administration of the applications. Anything that is considered too technical for the average end user.
I'm not entirely sure what the training would cover but I would have hoped Environment management, user administration and patching as well as maintaining integrations. Monitoring Storage and licensing costs would also be beneficial. Perhaps code deployment using ADO cicd. Are there any obvious omissions that you can think of?
