Difficulty searching for en-GB labels

In the label search window in visual studio I don't seem to be able to find labels in the en-GB language unless they are created in models that I have created - for example if I search for "Overview" I get no results for en-GB. Searching for labels in the en-US language is no problem - I get lots of results for "Overview".

Is there some configuration I need to change so that I can search for labels in the en-GB language?
