We're having issues exporting purchase orders to Outlook 2013. The export will work once if Outlook is not open, but the second time you try to export it fails. You have to close Manager and re-open to successfully export again.
If Outlook is open at all it will think for about 20 seconds after pressing export and then an 'Export failed' message. We're using the default settings of Email and HTML.
I've done a reinstall of RMS and tried setting the default program for .htm and .html files to Outlook but this doesn't help. Weird because RMS obviously has the capability to export the document to Outlook 2013 successfully but subsequent attempts fail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Which policy wasn't correctly configured?
I believe I've managed to solve this issue by disabling UAC. Thought I'd already done this but realised the policy wasn't correctly configured!
