I am looking to create a modified System Customizer security role? Does anyone know how to grant the permission to create System Dashboards through a security role?

In dynamics CRM 0Users with only System Administrator or System Customizer can create system charts and view-able by all users.
You can try to provide in your modified roles following access-
Open security role –> under Customization tab, provide System Chart anf System Form access .
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
