Deactivating Sharepoint site in Dynamics crm

Hi, I recently copied the our Prod to Test instance.

While I am trying to deactivate the sharepoint site, it is giving me the SQL timeout exception and I am no tbale to edit as well.

Please advise. I have created a new sharepoint site record but I am not able to set it to default because of this.
