Unable to get Add or + option in Dynamics 365 settings

Hello ,

I am unable to see Add or + option on the various settings like "SharePoint Document Locations" , "SharePoint Sites" , "Automatic Record creation policies" under the Environment settings for my Dynamics 365 tenant. I have Global admin, Dynamics 365 Admin and System Admin rights on the environment. Unable to manage any items created under any of these categories.

Are you using this to access the legacy settings?

Are you able to manage those in Classic Setting?

Hi Vaibhav,

Could you please check the Access Mode (Administrative or Read-Write) for your user and let me know. You can check this information into Administration section on User form.
