Scotia Bank (CAD) EFT file format

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I am looking for the Scotia Bank (CAD)  EFT file format. I am getting lots of discussion about it on here : http://onlinecustomersupport.scotiabank.com/index.jsp?interfaceID=2&requestType=NormalRequest&source=3&question=What+are+the+lead+times+for+EFT+payments%3F&id=3582&Submit=Ok

but I am looking for the actual layout. If anyone could help me with the screen shot, that would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Satyendra

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for the reply. I actually configured it by myself. I obtained the specifications from the Scotia Bank and built the format from scratch, so I am good. Thanks.

    Hi Babu,

Thanks for the reply. I learned that I needed to change the field 6 but I was not sure about the length. Do you know what it should be for Scotia Bank (for addressee field)?

    Hi Styendra,

You can use CA-National Bank of Canada for Scotia Bank.
