Dears, good morning!

I was trying to install Microsoft Dynamics 365 Report Authoring Extension Setup which is the report extender for CRM on Line and I received the following message:

"Microsoft.CRM.Setup.Shared.AnalyzerBase + CollectAction failed. Fatal error during installation".

Could someone tell me the reason for the error?

The installation log (in %appdata%\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs) should give more information on the error
