Advise setup to delete email attachments D365 CRM

Hi!

Seeking advise on how to properly setup a bulk delete job that will purge all email attachments based on these criteria: All Email attachments that is linked/related to a resolved case/s for at least 30days now.

Hi Daisy J,

If you want to delete those emails with attachments, you could create a bulk delete job like this:

If you only want to delete those attachments, you need to use SDK or the third-party tool to delete them due to bulk delete job doesn't support directly deleting them.
