Unfortunately this is not supported by dynamics CRM , there are very few things which you can colored supported way using theme and sub grid panel header.

There is no supported way of doing this. You will have check the DOM of the page which CRM doesnt support and will cause many issues.
there are some articles and third party solutions available of achieving this but i dont suggest.
