Can i make a field ( in configuration) locked until a password is inserted? I want to disable the discount field to be changed unless a password in entered.

If you want to do it that way (not through the field security), you'll probably need to use an html web resource - have the users enter the password into a text box there, and, then, unlock the field on the form using Xrm.
Although, indeed, rather than sharing that password with the right users, just add those users to a team and add that team to the field security profile.
make the field protected with Field Level Security and assign the ability to update the field to the users you wish..
