Attempting to open the security for Users and I'm receiving the message below.  Last week I had no issues.  Other administrators in the environment are not experiencing this issue.  I am in the correct roles.  

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

    Please try another browser. If it works there then you'd need to clear first browser's cache, temp file etc. and then try again. Good luck.

    Thank you.  Original error was from Chrome - Tried Edge and I received the same error.  I am able to access the  edit the security roles as well as teams,  only issue is opening up the users.

    I clear history on exiting the browsers but will do so again.

    Can you try Firefox, Opera or Safari? Also, you should confirm you have SystemAdministrator security role.

    Daniel - I tried Opera with the same results.  I have cleared all cache history from the browsers.  Now the other system administrator is having similar experience as I am.

    Hey!

    Do you have system Administrator or System customizer roles? Is there any plugin running on user entity? The other advice would be to open a request to Microsoft Support and provide the screenshot and a network trace...

    Hello Will.D

    Please can you make sure that you are having the System Administrator or System customizer roles. If you find that you have any of these roles still you are not able to access try one thing - ask some other administrator to log in via your browser and try to perform same task if he is also not able to do so then its quite clear that the issue is with your browser. If he is able to do the same task then Raise a ticket with MS.
