Need to understand the required access/security rights for a custom account used to run the MMR services. When I use my domain admin account, it works, but using a new domain account to run the services (as documented in the install guide) fails.
Receiving the following message when using the custom account to run the MMR services (specifically the Process Service in this case).
Unable to connect to the management reporter application service at http://servername:4712
Looking at the Service logs, here's what is shown:

Not sure what I am missing on the service account that would cause this to fail. User has been added to the GeneralUser role within the ManagementReporter and ManagementReporterDM databases.
Any thoughts?
