I am Getting Problem in Integration Business central with HubSpot.

I want to Know the whole Step of Integration.

The steps depend on what transactions you are looking to be synced:

1. What all transactions should be synced from Hubspot to BC

2. What all transactions should be synced from BC to Hubspot

3. What master (Customer, Item, etc.) tables data would be exchanged in the integration and what will be the direction of sync?

Additionally,

1. Will it be a file exchange data sync? (Where a file is received in a folder and absorbed in BC)

2. Or will it be a direct API Integration? (Wherein BC will talk with Hubspot directly)

Also,

1. Is the customer okay to use Power Automate / Az. Logic App (in addition to BC)? These services do come with additional licenses/costs

By creating a web service, you have opened an endpoint for the outside world to access this page in BC. How/Where are you consuming this Web Service? Is hubspot fetching data from this BC webservice?

Hi, you need to use Http methods to process your data, such as Get, Post, Patch, Delete.

Hi!

Not sure if you got the response that you needed but it would be easier to use an IPaaS platform. Usually, those have pre-built templates for Hubspot - Business Central Integrations. I have worked with quite a few IPaaS companies and I can definitely recommend you one based on your needs.
