Hourly Leave Accrual

Posted on by 5

I need to set up an annual leave plan for employees. We want to use an hourly leave accrual system to achieve 5.6 weeks of annual leave in a 52 week period. The formula used to work this out is 5.6 / (52-5.6) which comes to 0.1207 hours accrued per hour worked. We need to use this method as we have employees that work irregular hours, use of this formula is fairly standard in the UK for irregular workers.

The problem is that the hourly accrual field seems to round to 2 decimal places. Is there any way around this limitation?

    Hello,
Unfortunately, accrual amount for hours worked can't be set to more than 2 decimals.
