Hi,

I have created a flow to send SSRS report in PDF format. However, I'm getting the below error with HTTP GET request to download the PDF.

{
  "error": {
    "code"302,
    "message""The response is not in a JSON format."
  }
}

Can anyone please help me with any links/videos to fix the issue apart from these.
  1. Using Dynamics 365 Reports as a PDF in Power Automate - YouTube
  2. Download Dynamics 365 Reports as a PDF with Power Automate » reenhanced
  3. Download SSRS report as a PDF with Power Automate - Part 1 - CloudFronts
Thanks in advance.

    Hi Tapaswini Sabat,

    May I know the exact component on which you are experiencing this error?

    Is it?

    CRM Report Viewer?

    .....

    Download PDF?

    Hi there,

    I also encountered this issue on this step when following the linked blog post. I noticed that the error was intermittent and not due to any problem in the request itself; sometimes it would fail and sometimes it would succeed without any apparent rhyme or reason. In my case I used a 'Do until' step combined with a try/catch scope and a flag marking the outcome to repeat the action until it is successful:

    This has resolved the issue for me. Cheers

    The 'Do until' loop is nice, but not a real solution. By including the cookie from the first HTTP request (Report Viewer) to the second HTTP request (Download PDF), it works every time on the 1st try.

    Hi Everyone, Just wanted to let you know that we implemented the fix that vincent_p74 recommended by adding the cookie to the 2 http requests and it now works every time.  Great tip and resolved our issues. Thanks!

    My main issue was that the initial post request did not worked for me (500 internal server error), but after i figured that out and resolved that i ran into this issue too.
    In both cases the resolution for me was to add the appropriate Accept header to the request.

    Initial reportviewer request: Accept: text/*; charset=utf-8
    For the download pdf:  Accept: application/pdf; charset=utf-8

    With the above additions now both request is stable for me.

    For some reaseon, the SSRS server needs an explicit definition of the Accept header, but this is nowhere documented as far as i can tell.
