We use MS CRM Online. We keep all our contact information in Contact records and the complete hostory of dialogue is kept in the Contact record under the Notes area. Does anyone know how to print all the notes for a Contact and sub- contacts?

I have the same question (0)You can do an advanced find on notes and retrieve notes for a specific contact. You can then do an advanced find on notes where the contact's parent contact is a specific record. You can then show the results and do as you wish. The only thing you can't do is run the two queries as one.
