SmartList - transactions by User ID?

Hi there

First post

Can someone please help me with viewing transactions by User ID? We don't use Salespeople IDs here, and I need to get a list of all transactions (specifically, invoices) raised by 2 of the 9x GP users we have

Is this possible?

Hi Simon,

Welcome to the community. Please use financial transaction smartlist and add User ID who posted on column to get the transactions posted by user id.

Simon,

To answer your question it would be critical to know what module your users are entering the invoices into. If you are using SOP (Sales Order Processing) and they are entering transactions on the Sales Transaction Entry window, then you can use the Sales Transactions SmartList and add the User To Enter column - that will store the user who originally created the invoice in GP.

Perfect! Thanks Victoria, this is exactly what I was looking for

And I feel a bit silly for not spotting the 'User to Enter' option. I looked, honest I did :)
