We have custom smart list created through smart list builder (by eone solutions) on one machine. Another machine does not have smart list builder installed. I wish to create all custom smart list in existing inventory module of GP from one machine to another machine without installing smart list builder. Please help me to know if there is do this.

Sure, you have a few options - here are my two 'go to' options for this situation:
1. Use the web client. User visits a URL and connects to GP via web browser (no installation needed).
2. Take the smartlist from within GP and Publish it - publishing it creates and Excel Refreshable Report (location based on your reporting tools setup) - with a little security magic, you can have those users seeing the data in Excel rather than in GP and they would not need a GP license.

I do not know if any way to allow users to use smart list builder smart lists with out having it installed on their workstation. Why would you not want to install it on all the workstations?
