I want to change the related text to the status reason on the Lead entity.
Any ideas?

Click on Settings -> Customizations to get to the Customizations Page.

In there, click on the Customize My System Link.

The Default Solution will pop up.

Expand the Entities area, and look for the Lead Entity.

Expand the Lead entity, and click on Fields.

Find the StatusCode field (Display Name is Status Reason).

This will show up the Status Reason field properties.

For each State (statecode), you will have multiple Status Reason options.

Double click on the Status Reason, which will pop up that particular status reason. You will be able to change the label of the status reason there.

Repeat the above for all the Status Reasons.

Once you are done, save you changes and then Publish All Customizations.

    That's basically it.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you for the input.

This was what I read - and tried. But nothing happens when I doubleclick. I can change it for Case but not for Lead.

Try instead of double clicking, select the record and clicking Edit button.

I just tried this in my Online environment and it works without any issues.

If it doesn't try different browser.

BTW, Do you System Administrator or System Customizer security roles?

I'm with Aric.. try another browser. Somehow, it's not working for me in Chrome, but it is working in Edge.

It appears to be a UI bug on Chrome which doesn't load the status reasons. Struggled with this last week and finally used Edge to update the entries.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

Using Edge did the trick - I work as System Administrator. Seems there is a problem in Chrome as stated in the thread.
