Is it possible to customize the dynamics CRM 365 mobile app. My client requires a feature to upload attachments from within the mobile app to cases. The same can be done by adding attachments to notes in web client.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Unfortunately you can't customise the mobile app which comes free with Dynamics 365
You can customise the field service app for attachments or you can purchase resco mobile app for ms crm and it will allow you attachments or you can use the mobile client of Dynamics 365 and add notes entity to it
