Inventory Visibility App set up missing in F&O UAT environment

Hi All,

1.We configured Inventory Visibility in our UAT environment about three months ago. However, today when we tried to access it from our UAT application, clicking on the Inventory Visibility app redirects us to a Microsoft documentation page instead of opening the Inventory Visibility application.

2.The add-in was installed through LCS, and in LCS it still shows as Installed. We also verified it in Power Apps, where it appears to be present. However, within the F&O application, the configuration seems to be missing.

3.Initially, we suspected this might have been caused by a live data refresh, but after checking the UAT environment history in LCS, we did not find any database refresh performed with live data.

4.Now we are considering another possibility. After the Inventory Visibility add-in was set up, several quality updates and a service update (from version 45 to version 46) were applied. Could these updates have caused the configuration or setup to go missing?
