Hello,
When existing contact is selected it is not getting update on the first name / last name form.
How to link ?
I am working on MS Dynamic CRM 2016.

Sorry for the late reply, Yes you're correct.
From my understanding of your question, that is the correct behavior.
When you modify your system settings from Last, First to First Last, the existing contact records that were previously created using Last, First will not be automatically modified. The Full Name field will keep the Last, First until the data is modified.
There are a few ways of dealing with that, but that involves, either creating a workflow (on demand) or SSIS package to fix the data.
