GP10.0 Lockbox Sample files

I am looking for the lockbox sample file LockboxSample.txt.  We are currently on GP10.0 sp5 but I do not think that should matter for this text file.

We found this reference in a "How to" for FabriKam and we are in the process of implementing Lockbox and cannot find the sample file.  The path shown is C:\Program Files\eEntrprs\LockboxSample.txt so it sounds like it would have been part of an installation.

I would appreciate any help you can provide in locating the samples.

    I know this is an old thread, but if anyone is looking for this file, I located the file.  

    The file is located on the Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains 7.5 dvd.  Its located in this path on the disk:  (dvd drive D:\Two_inc\Local\Lockbox\LockboxSample.txt  

    You can create the file yourself using the information shown below:

    The file format has no headers - copy the layout below into a text file, save the file as a tab delimited Text type named   LockboxSample.txt  

    Create this path on the GP Client machine and save the LockboxSample.txt here: c:\Program Files\eEntrprs\LockboxSample.txt

    Open GP>>goto>>Sales >> Cards >> Lockbox>> Select LockboxID UPTOWNLB

    copy the fields below to create your file

    Correction:  copy the fields above into a txt file, open excel, import using legacy txt, browse to your txt file, select type delimited, no headers, select space delimited, one in excel, set column H to type text, click on each row in column H to set the value properly, save the file as tab delimited to this location (create the eEntrprs folder) c:\Program Files\eEntrprs\LockboxSample.txt
