Hi,

I have an Assembly BOM where i define the values of Raw Material items.
But on Assembly order i want to consume the Raw Material more than i defined in BOM.
And at the end of day/month i want to know the extra consumption report.

Regards
Aslam

Is the assembly order linked to a sales order? Won’t allow for changes if so.

I think you would have to do a report based on the standard assembly BOM and then what was actually consumed. Someone else may comment on whether this type of detail is easier to extract with production orders. Still feel like it’s a comparison based reporting feature either way

    Hi

I agree with Josh. This is more like a report that need to be designed and used. It will be the same situation with Production Order.

Technically you need a report that show you how many of each item you assembled, then what was the BOM usage and what was the actual usage. Then you can calculate your scrap rate.
