Grab the tutorial and the installation guide, and install yourself a copy.

i personally started by being dropped in the center pre existing implentation after the previous guy left.

as fun as it was, that sort of pressure isnt for everyone.

What part of it do you want to learn? are you a developer? are you interested in customizing it? or do you just want to use it as an end user?

Thanks Mark, our organization is planing to implement dynamic crm. I would like to learn about customization because I am sure the installation will be done by our network or application group.

I am very interested to learn and thinking about future as well in case some opening comes up I am ready.

Hi Jim,

There is a large variety of this information available. It really depends on what exactly you are looking to do. If you use Bing search for specific CRM areas, you will get plenty of results. The communities, MSDN, TechNet, etc... also have plenty of information.
