
We are migrating a customer from different CRM to MS CRM 2015 Online and they are currently using Sharepoint for storing all the documents. I would like some ideas for the following:
1. There are more than 8000 accounts available,so what would be the good approach to create folders for all the accounts? Also planning to follow some naming convention to have Account Name and Main Phone number on the folder name.
2. When I create a new Account a folder needs to be created automatically without manually creating it.
Any help would be appreciated.

When your record count exceeds than 5000, then you face the “Throttling limit is exceeded by the operation” error. If you are using SharePoint On Premise then this issue can be resolved by increasing the Throttling limit. For second point:
You want to create SharePoint Folder automatically on create of an Account record. For that you can write a plugin on create of Account record and then give any specified name as per your requirement.
