Due to a management requirement we changed a unit of measure schedule
old each=1 42 pack = 42 each
now each = 1 42 pack =1 each
We changed the UOM schedule and Dynamics processed.
Now the problem, on sales orders using the '42 pack' unit of measure some times the QTYBSUOM in the table is reading 10 not 1. I have checked loads of tables using SQL and I cannot find anywhere else the QTYBSUOM is anything other than 1. This shows up at the lot assigning screen and asks the user for 10 pcs and that is causing issues for both our allocater and our invoicer. Any suggestions ?

I have the same question (0)Hello Patrick,
This could be due to various different things unfortunately.
Is this happening on new orders?
Is this dealing with lots/inventory that was brought in before your UofM change?
Is this happening to transactions/inventory manipulation of items brought into your inventory after your UofM change?
I would recommend creating a case to address this issue as this seems like something that could require some digging to correct.
Hope this information at least points in a useful direction.
