I just send you a possible workaround to your Gmail mail address for the support ticket I did create on your behalf. The problem is / was that our secured workspace that we do use to share information does require a corporate account. Gmail / Outlook mail addresses do require a workaround. A temp corp account / temp password is created for you and you should be able to access the attachments.

When i open the link you shared, i see this message -
