I have a customer using Dynamics CRM 2013 and wanting to controll the agenda's of their sales managers using the CRM service calendar. There are actually two 'problems' we're experiancing.
When the customer would use the CRM Service Calendar, they might have the problem that not all appointments are in there because the user forgot to track an appointment made in Outlook.
The work around for the 'problem' about is to create appointmenst for sales manager directly in their Outlook agenda. Problem then is the appointments need to be tracked by the sales manager and can't be tracked by the one making the appointments.
Is there any known work around to be sure every appointment within an Outlook agenda is tracked?
