Hi,
I want to know, do we have the concept of email group to be created for a groups of users in d365 Marketing. I see that we need to create a group in O365 which can be used in D365 login as well, but also found that its been deprecated now. Cant decide what to do. can someone help me in that
There is no such concept in Dynamics 365 Marketing for the time being.
In Marketing, if you'd like to send marketing email to a group of contacts, it is common to use segment to group contacts.

And then use it as an audience for the customer journey to send emails.

Thank you for the reply, Targeting contacts in groups is fine, but having a user group is not possible in any other way ?
There is also a concept similar to segment called marketing list.
But there is no concept of group.

Is this still true? Just wanted to confirm if there was a way to "create an email group".
