Balance Sheet Data not loading to Prophix

We use Microsoft NAV for our GL system and Prophix for reporting.  We are having issues with data not showing up in Prophix.  This happens when a balance sheet account has no transactions for the month.  There is no data for Prophix to grab and therefore, it loads a zero value.  Prophix believes there may be some setting in NAV that will kick the prior month result forward when there are no transactions posted to an account for the month.  Has anyone dealt with this issue.

    Prophix is ​​not a function of NAV and I recommend you contact the partner responsible for it directly.
