Hello -
I have already changed the BusinessFramework.config file from False to True to allow alternate domains. I can see the domain but cannot see anyone to add when I use the User Wizard. Has anyone run into this before?

Are you able to add the user manually by just typing in the domain and username?
Who is the owner/user for the Microsoft.BusinessFramework.Identity COM+ object? You can check this with the following steps:
a. Click Start, click Administrator Tools, and then click Component Services.
b. Expand Component Services, expand Computer, expand My Computer, and then expand Com+ Applications.
c. Right-click Microsoft.BusinessFramework.Identity, click Properties, and then click Identity. Who is listed here?
If Network Service user, can you try a domain user? If domain user from domain A, can you try a domain admin from domain B?
