Where are the Retail Modern POS - iOS/Android installers?

Hi there,

from here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/retail/retail-modern-pos-device-activation, we can isntall MPOS on Iphone/Ipad.

But I cannot get the IPA file. In the DEV environment, the Device "HOUSTON-30" is "Retail Modern POS - iOS" . I downloaded it, found it's a .exe file, and it requires Windows 10 system.

I wonder if there is a MS built-in "Retail Modern POS - iOS" installer in the DEV environment? or even in PROD environment?

Look Retail MPOS Windows Phone, iOS, Android apps are Hybrid apps, they just load Cloud POS, right? If we customized Cloud POS, changes will reflect on MPOS Windows Phone, iOS, Android apps automatically, right?
