Dear All,
Please check the below image, which is the new approval setup,
once the user is sending to approval Request the msg is appearing,
Kindly Help to resolved

    As the error states, user is missing permissions, to generate Notification entries. - table 1511.

    Either add permission to this table for the Permission set that this user has, or on User card add him the permission set DOC-APP-USER
