How can we filter those tasks based on Current/Logged In User? because the bookable resource is the entity where we select the user but it doesn't offer any option to select 'Current User' (well obviously it's not an 'Owner' field)?

Do we need some coding/JS/View XML customization in that case?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Archetype,

I find that add a named resource to your project team by booking them directly onto the team.

1.On the Project page, click the Schedule tab to assign tasks to the new resource.

The resource picker that is launched from the Resources field in the task grid will show the project team members (position name) that you can select, team members is created in the team tab.

3.Go to team tab, click > button of one record, it will show nested grid view(Assignments of team members view of Resource Assignments entity),

The entity named Resource Assignments, which has relationship with project task, project team members and resource and project entities.

So you need add it in the sitemap to show all in the view, such as position name(resource) and project.

you can go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Resource Assignments > Views to click Assignments of team members view.

click 'Add columns'  to open one dialog, and you can select parent entity in 'record type'  to add  their columns.

for example, project team member is parent entity for Resource Assignments, you can choose position name column when you select it.

Hello, this subgrid is related to the project entity. The relationship is Projects 1 : N tasks.

Yes entity view is based on "projects tasks"

So, Im not familiar with what the subgrid entity is.  Are these records under the Planifier entity or Ajouter entity or something different?  Whichever table that is, what relationship exists between it and the entity the view is based on (task?)

Hello , yes there is a related entity in parenthesis. I have tried to put every "Ressources columns" but none of them display the ressources names :(.

I wanted to create a view to display every affected tasks ressources, i dont know if its possible. Actually i have succedeed to display the projects + tasks name but i dont succeed to display the related ressources of that task .

    Cordially

At the end of the Ressources column in screenshot 2 is there a related entity in () parenthesis?  I'm guessing a little since my French is terrible, but I see the Projet and the second entity view arent the same entity, so if the Ressources field isnt from the plan table it wont show up.  It seems like these are different fields on different entities - Ressources.
