I have a need to capture information about how field service issues were resolved and then have that information searchable to reduce the time it takes to get to a solution on future service calls. The Knowledge garden would be a collection of Case notes, text and documents, pdf's, SQL database information. This information should be searchable (think google natural language search) with teh ability to have relevance score visible to know which artifacts were most helpful in the past (ie 4.5 out of 5 starts)
There is CASE functionality available but I need more functionality... Is there an ISV or an Azure search product available?
