Hi there.  I'm by no means an expert, but I've setup a flow that when a case "updates" to send an email notification.  When the case is assigned it triggers the flow.  Perhaps you can use this?

    Hi,

I dont think that will help much as it will always run and not only assign, however I found that we can have a trigger condition that checks if the owner field is updated and then send the notification. I just have to test if this actually triggers when using the assigned to option in the ribbon..

    regards

    Hi Martin,

Assign essentially changes the Owner field of the record, so we only need to set the trigger that update the Owner field. Please refer to the image below.

    Hi,

As the trigger is shown above what do you want to do with your flow? What will the end result be?

    Regards

    Martin
