We have run into an issue with GP 2010 SP 2 and Office 365. When attempting to email customer statements the following message appears: "Unable to find Address Book". Statements cannot be emailed.
Office 365 was recently installed, replacing Office 2010. Before the move to Office 365 there were no issues emailing the statements.
Are there setting changes that need to be updated within GP to allow the emailing of customer statements.

We have seen this error occur when MAPI is not enabled. Normally, you'd expect it to be if using Outlook and/or Exchange server, but that may not always be the case.
Has the MAPI profile been configured?
If emails work fine through Dynamics GP 2013 SP2 and Office 365, but not something specific like Customer Statements, we may need to open a support case with that specific team, especially if emailing Customer Statements through Word Addins/Templates, etc.

There are no issues sending emails from Outlook.
Try to send a test mail from outlook. If you got same error, follow below link.
