Item Picture not visible after Upgrade

I have performed an upgrade from NAV 2013 R2 to NAV 2018 CU30. In the old database most items had a picture (BLOB in table 27). After the upgrade no item pictures are displayed on the item card. I have checked in SQL Server Mgt. Studio and there is content in the two tables "dbo.Tenant Media Set" and "dbo.Tenant Media". The data type of the field picture in table 27 is now "Media Set".

Has anyone an idea why these pictures are not displayed?

Hi Marco, thanks for your answer. The link you gave concerns Business Central. However I had the problem in NAV 2018.

I have no explanation why the pictures didn't show up in the first place. Now they are visible.
