Microsoft Dynamics GP2013 Development Environment.

I have been working on GP10, and now have assigned a task to create GP2013 environment with web client, and do the deployment, as one of our client is upgrading to 2013. I have many question and confusions. Hope experts here help me to understand.

I have installed Dynamics GP2013 on my machine, now I want to install web client and configure IIS. and then do deployment on web client.

First issue is IIS configuration. I have windows 8.

Is there any documentation for this?

    Web Client is a pretty complex technology to setup. I would recommend reading all the information that Soma provided.

    To install GP 2013 Web client:

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    To install GP 2013 Desktop client:

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    If you want to know the installation & configuration of GP 2013 Desktop & Web Client follow above link to install and play with yourself in Test Server.

    If you want to know the upgradation for GP 203 (from GP 10), create a test environment with GP 10 (with restoring you GP 10 databases), then follow below guides to start the upgrade by yourself.
