I am getting the below error when I am trying to create a new Chat Widget. I have check under the admin center Omnichannel for Customer Service is installed there also I don't get the Manage option. I am Global admin. I was following Provision Omnichannel for Customer Service link. I have provided data access consent as well. Need assistance for Setting up Omnichannel for Customer Service.

Do you have paied for the Omnichannel for Customer Service?
If not, you should apply for a trial environment first.
Please follow this doc first and then you will be able to see the Manage ribbon in app list.

If you have paid for the Omnichannel, you could go to https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/Applications/Index.aspx to enter the D365 admin center directly and open the Omnichannel admin center.
Attention that the "Crm" in the url should be your region, e.g North America is crm.
