Bug in CRM Email Template or Email in Work Flow

Hello people!

Trying to set up an email to be sent by a workflow, I follow these steps:

1-Create a WF, step: Send an email,

2-In the email, insert the fields like this

Hello Customer.

  - Address:   [Address (Case)]

 - Case Number: [Case Number. (Case)]

3-Save the WF.

4-When open it , I see the following:

Hello Customer.

  - Address:   [Address (Case)]

 - [Case Number. (Case)]

- [Case Number. (Case)]

As you see, the configuration is modified by the CRM and it is not right.

Using Browsers: Google Chrome and Edge, the result is the same.

Can not finish the work due to this.

Is there a work around?

Thanks.

    Hi Roxana,

Can you please send a screen of email body parameters in WF? Parameters must be highlighted in yellow and added using options in a right hand part of a window, not manually written.

    Thanks.
