All items in all sites appear in all count sheets. Could we limit that? In other words if there are multiple sites say "A" "B", "C" and "D". An item "12345" is set up in Site "A", is there a way to stop item "12345" appearing in count sheets of sites "B","C" and "D"?

You could run each site as it's own inventory or cycle count...
Or, on the select tab, you could select by site...

You can do the customization in Physical Count entry screen to restrict the same Item selection for different site.
(Suggestion: But before doing this customization we have to restrict the same Inventory ID selection in Inventory Transactions screen like Issue, Receipts, Adjustment etc..)
