CRM add-in for Outlook closes or is deactivated on reboot.

I have a few users (2 or 3 out of 20) that experience this daily. When they open outlook for the first time, the crm add-ins have not loaded. Opening the options/add-in section and activating them fixes the issue for about one day.

Occasionally it will dump the add-in mid session without warning. The message (they've all cleared it before telling me) indicated that outlook was too slow and the add-in was closed.

SO. Is there any way to force outlook to leave the add-in open even if it thinks it is slowing down outlook? or some other solution?

All of these users are using the same hardware with the same image installed (same OS, apps, etc).

Can you compare the system settings for a working and non working system. Specifically look for the Application and the Third party add ins installed into the program and features.

    Thanks,

I think this may help: http://crmtipoftheday.com/2014/04/21/prevent-crm-for-outlook-from-getting-disabled/

Also, you could try increasing internet cache to 350+mb and disabling the outlook social connector add-in while installing the CRM add-in.
