After upgrading to version 7SP1, there are quite few users that keeps getting printer setup screen everytime they try to print report. After printing the report, I had the user go to printer setup and click on the following check boxes
Use windows default printer, save as default
It seems to work for some users, but not all users. I am just wondering what is the correct way to setup the printer for each citrix client?

I have the same question (0)Ive had this exact same issue and the way i have resolvef it was to give all users admin rights to the printer setup screen so once they have clicked use windows default printer it remembers it next time they login
