Basically, I have created one dynamic 365 crm online trail instance.
While sign up I selected "India" as region, due to this some of the options are in "Hindi" language.
Is there any settings so that I can change this to English?

Hi Ravi,
Here is the screen shot , in the Solution entity forms list I can see Hindi although my language preference settings is English.
Hi, I don't think this is the CRM language setting. Do you see hindi text in CRM app i.e. entities, view etc?
Hi Santosh ,
For my instance also its showing Hindi for most of the label like form name , some navigation .. etc seems this is for India region though there is English selected in the default language.
I have not tried but may be we need to enable Hindi language and then choose English again from the preferences .

Hope this helps.
Hi Shahbaaz,
Thanks for the reply,
I checked the Language option in administration settings but i don't see English option.
Also, I checked the settings in personal options same is already English language.
When i create new trial instance with Region as "United States" it is showing in English.
I am sure it is due to region selection at the time of crm setup.
Also you can check this link for more,

after above setting please follow below instruction
Sign in to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and open the Set Personal Options page, as follows:
If you’re using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 web client, click the Settings button Settings button, and then click Options.
If you are using Dynamics 365 for Outlook, on the top menu bar, choose Dynamics 365, and then click Options.
Choose the Languages tab.
In the User Interface Language list, select the language in which you want to display Microsoft Dynamics 365.
In the Help Language list, select the language in which you want to display Microsoft Dynamics 365 Help.
To save your changes and close the dialog box, click OK.
Hi Santosh,
Yes you can change it to english,
tart the Microsoft Dynamics 365 web application. You’ll need a System Administrator security role or equivalent privileges for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 organization that you want to provision a Language Pack for.
Go to Settings > Administration.
Click Languages to open the Language Settings dialog box. Here you’ll see each Language Pack installed in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment, with a check box to the left of each listed Language Pack
For each Language Pack that you want to provision (enable), select the check box next to it. For each Language Pack that you want to unprovision (disable), clear the check box.
Click Apply.
Click OK on any confirmation dialog boxes that open.
