Unable to access timecards to edit or approve them

I have a issue with one of my associates here where he can not access his timecards at all. I have search online on how to resolve this issue but I can not find anything. When he clicks on the timecard number nothing happens. I had Accounting verify that everything was entered correctly on their end and they said that it is. I have clear his cashe, made sure that he did not have any malware running in the background and ran the command sfc /scannow to check if there where any issues there and that came back clean, I made sure that he was running the correct version of Explore and he is running version 11. Also there are no errors visible on the page anywhere.  I really don't know how to resolve this issues. Can you please help.

    Can you get an IT guy to maybe add the domain for you?

    It is Microsoft Dynamics SL 8.0. I cannot change the trusted sites area, we can't change it under my domain that we are using here.

    Check this WORD document (it has the MBF file embedded, thats why its so big)

    aaah ok..

    What version of SL are you running?

    Have you set the site as a 'Trusted Site' in I.E.?

    Also, I think you may need to manually install that MBS program..

    The employee is not able to access his timecards on his computer. I forgot to mention that he is able to access it on another computer fine, but not his computer.

    Hi Tamara,

    Are you able to change your Project Employee in business portal to the employee in question. Then try access his/her timecards..

    If you are able to, then it is an access issue..
