Error while removing the old NAV 2013 instance from Nav administration

Hello Everyone,

 We have upgraded Nav 2013 r2 to 2016 and its working fine. Now I ma trying to remove the old instances of Nav 2013 r2 but it is giving the following error. Please suggest.

    Run below command as administrator in powershell to remove it :

    Get-Service -DisplayName "excise" | Remove-Service
