Is it possible to default "Bank Country/Region" to US? I have one of many users whose Bank Country/Region defaults to Austria and I can not find anything under setting to see why. Please help.

There is no way to set a default.

However, I have recently had a client who had the Bank Country/Region Austria and it turned out to be a problem caused by thee version of Citrix they had; when they upgraded the problem went away.

In their case whenever they opened the window it shows Austria and blanked the other fields even though there was data in the table for that vendor.
